To help you get started I have listed a few steps imparitive steps you need take before you call to schedule a home showing.


  • *Get PRE-APPROVED - This is per-screening of your credit to see how much you can afford. Explore all of your financing options by asking about interest rates and home buyer incentives. Without a pre-approveal, most sellers do not consider  a “serious buyer” or “a potenial buyer”. Being pre-approved give you negotiating power.

Know what type of home you want to buy.

  • Make a list of amenities that you must have and a list of things that you can live without.

Time is of the essence.

  • A home is here today and gone tomorrow...Remember there are other buyer out there looking for their dream home also.
